Life remains very busy. Dancing on Ice is becoming a distant and mainly pleasurable memory, but a few of the aches, pains and wounds do act as a reminder of the wear and tear it inflicted on my body! I don't regret it in the slightest though and had a wonderful time grappling with a totally new skill, hanging out with a great bunch of fellow participants and of course working with the fantastic Pavel Aubrecht!

Elsewhere I've been busy with my always interesting and varied activities from public appearances and photoshoots to a stint on Channel 4's Countdown. Also I have finally managed to spend time in my new Cornwall property. I purchased it last year but due to other commitments barely set foot in it for six months! As a family we have just had a glorious half-term week there.

I will be updating my news on this site more regularly than I might have done in the recent past, there will be additional pictures and information and I'll will also be keeping a blog going too. So please keep visiting.
